Update:I started a
new forum where you can post your opinions of the show, make
suggestions or requests, or talk to other people about the show.
Anyone can join and I will only delete spam and inappropriate content.

Martial Arts TV group.
Update: I just received permission from
Icon to show some of their past fights. We are working out which
fights and how many can be shown but this is huge. If you own Icon
DVDs and would like to lend them to me I might be able to show more
fights. So far I only have the older fights.
Things are progressing with the Hawaii Martial Arts show.
If everything comes together the show should begin airing in a few
months. The show will feature: interviews with local
fighters and martial artist, demonstrations of techniques,
showing some older fights from the Kauai Cage and other venues across
the state with commentary, coverage of local martial arts
tournaments, and possibly an amateur MMA tournament show if there
is enough people interested.
I am open to any other ideas or request
as it is you the viewers that will ultimately decide whether the show is
a success or not. I appreciate all of your support over the years
with this website and I hope to receive the same support with the TV
show.
If you are interested in participating in
this show I can use all the help I can get. I would like a co-host
for the show and I could possibly have several just in case the other
co-hosts are unable to make certain shows. If you have
experience working with a video camera, video editing,
if you are a musician, or an artist I can use your help. If
you are interested in being a sponsor that would be a big help as well.

Other things I am considering is a
possible forum where you can leave messages some of which I may
read out on the show. I will also have information on upcoming shows,
and note about the past shows if you want more info. Feel free to
email any suggestions about the show or concerns or comments you
may have about martial arts in general.
The first show I will speak to Vance Pascua,
who runs the Kauai Cage shows and the Ainofea clothing line. We
will talk about his experience in martial arts, the present state
of martial arts, and the future or martial arts. I will also
show a few fights from the Kauai Cage and we will provide commentary on
the fights. We might also have some ring girls stop by.
